Dr. Fleissner was extremely attentive to our child and to us. He diagnosed with a comprehensive conversation with our child and then with us, then proceeded with testing and diagnosing. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis, took the time answering every question we had and then walked us through the next steps.

Dr. Fleissner is very knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and there was no permanent injury and our son could return to play the following day with buddy tape. Our experience from scheduling the appointment to seeing the doctor was efficient and very nice. We first got x-rays at the Crystal Clinic walk in center on a Saturday morning following a Friday night injury. They were fast and we didn’t have to spend the whole day there. We we were sent for a follow up on Monday. This was not my son’s first injury. In the past at other locations like the emergency room that took hours we have always been able to get x-rays but getting the follow-up appointment with a doctor has been an issue. Often we have had to wait a week or more just for an appointment with a Doctor because you can’t return to play until cleared by a doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fleissner and the Crystal Clinic for those that don’t want to spend hours in the emergency room.

Dr. Fleissner did my ACL repair 5 years ago and my then my meniscus repair 6 months. The team there is second to none! Everyone is friendly and works together to make sure everything runs smoothly. I’ve never had a bad experience with them!

Dr Fleissner performed acl surgery on our 17 year old daughter. He and his staff were kind and professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions and we understood all aspects of this procedure and recovery well. Dr. Fleissner to Kodi to Sherri and the rest of the team were great. Our daughter is 8 months post surgery and doing very well. I would recommend Dr. Fleissner!
