Dr Sundheimer and all of the staff are exceptional! I have never had a problem with services or billing. Very smooth process from the first visit. I'm in the middle of treatment for implant #3 and will go nowhere else. Everyone there is knowledgeable and so friendly!

Dr Sunheimer was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I had some anxiety initially going in to see him. I had neglected my mouth for some time. He explained each step and the cost. I was shocked how inexpensive and easy this was. I listened to every instruction and I had no pain at all. Thank you to everyone in this office from the friendly desk staff to the hilarious nurses and lastly to the wonderful Dr. I will recommend you all to everyone.

After having a consult the plan was to take a Valium(5mg which did nothing for me) then when I got to the office gas would be used...hard to get an IV so that was the plan...well get there they weren't going to give me gas until I said thats what I thought we discussed...they agreed to give it to me...I don't know what kind of gas they use I was still wide awake like I was getting oxygen not gas....so much took place i never got my teeth pulled....too many ins and outs to get things done and handled with no understanding obviously!!

I had a tooth extraction performed. Dr Sundheimer was so professional and made me feel so at ease. It was the easiest thing I’ve ever had done. It was quick and totally painless. I would definitely recommend him

I'd recommend Dr. Scott in Uniontown - already much more knowledgeable on everything paper and insurance related. Update: Now multiple claims have been submitted by this office to our insurance provider, causing kick-outs from our Flex-Plan. What a mess. Just a huge decline in service. Back and forth on what is covered/not covered on insurance. Then the "patients accounts" person sends TWO letters with what is not guranteed (it's guaranteed, I'm guessing - must not have spell-check), bad punctuation, form, etc. The final claim from the aforementioned individual (Melody) was that all but around $40 would be covered on a $2K+ service, but Melody said it's not "guranteed". Also got an earful as to her being "too busy" to get back to me when I inquired about not hearing back from the office. As a CPA, if I ever treated a client like a few women at this office treat patients, I'd have been fired! Was also told by staff upon first questioning about not hearing back on insurance, "Why don't you do it yourself?" Well, we eventually get the bill for only the consult, and our insurance covered ZERO, so I have no faith in what someone here in patient accounts "gurantees". Too bad, because years ago, I had a good experience with the doctor and nurses. My guess is that $3,500 (we had two family members in for consults of services that would cost at least this amount) is not much for this office. It is what it is - but you have been forewarned!

Rude staff, doesn't tell you until weeks after scheduling that there is an insurance issue two days before appointment, makes you feel like you are a bother. Maybe the doctor himself is ok, but his employees need replaced.

My surgery done by Dr. Sundheimer and his team was fantastic. I had a previous surgeon who’s work failed twice. Dr. Sundheimer not only did an extensive job making sure my surgery would fix my issue but also took special care to make sure the healing process went smoothly. It had been two failed surgeries and five years of worry and anxiety. Thanks to Dr. Sundheimer I no longer have to worry about this issue progressing.

Dr. Sundheimer is an outstanding surgeon. My experience was flawless. If I needed an oral surgeon again, then I would without hesitation or a doubt indeed go to him for any oral surgeries. My overall experience with Dr. Sundheimer is a total of 5 stars plus!

Dr. Sunheimer is professional and caring about the work he does. You and your staff are the best!
