I wish to thank Dr. Gacad for all he's done for me. He is searching for the best solution and taking care of things I had big problems with. He is a very kind and smart man who really cares about his patients and goes out of his way to do what is needed. The staff in his office is really great. No long wait times and they take care of you right away. He listens and his staff listens and they make me feel important. Thanks very much for what you do for me. Highly recommend this doctor. Will stay with him. Not hesitant at all. Mr.L. 💨😂

Dr.Gacad is the best GI Dr I ever had I miss him so much I can’t see him anymore cause of my insurance won’t pay for it so I had to change Dr’s a few years ago but I highly recommend Dr. Gacad he’s kind shows compassion to his patients and takes them seriously when they have issues he went above and beyond for me as I’m sure he does for all his patients I’m truly grateful for all he’s done for me

I don't ever feel like Dr. Gacad listened to my needs over the years I've been going to see him. Most recently, I left a portal message for him, and didn't receive a response to my concerns, only a call to schedule a procedure (over a month away) when it was clear that my symptoms required more urgent attention. Two weeks later the symptoms still exist, so I call his office and talk to a medical assistant, and express my concerns again. That evening, I receive a call from him indicating that I need to go to the ER. During that call, I asked him if he felt that ignoring my concerns two weeks prior was the appropriate way to treat a patient, he remarked "regardless of that answer, it doesn't change my recommendation today". I will never recommend Dr. Gacad to another person. Other reviews mention that they've felt rushed in their appts. with him, which is exactly the same way I've felt seeing him. I asked for advice on complimentary care, and received consistent disinterest in helping.

Dr Gacad is a good doctor, though sometimes rushed. I like him a lot, which is the only reason I continue to deal with his front desk staff. They are not friendly, I have waited nearly 20 minutes on hold several times, the phones are off for 1.5 hours at lunch and they turn them off about 20 minutes early at the end of the day. They don’t seem interested in scheduling referred procedures and require several follow ups to get any answers. He’s a good doctor, but the front desk staff is awful.

I worked for Dr. Gacad for over 8 years. His patients love him and have confidence in him. He is a very thorough caring physician. And really great to work for. I recommend him often. And if I need a GI doctor, he will be my go to guy.

This was my first appointment with him. My appointment was at 10 AM and I didn't see him until 11:30 AM. He spent less than 10 minutes with me, changed his diagnosis several times, contradicted himself, and then rushed out of the room without saying anything. A minute later I discovered he wasn't coming back in. I knew this because his coat was on and he was rushing out of the door. When I wandered out of the exam room and inquired, I was told had left and was late for hospital rounds.

Dr Gacad was recommended to me. He is very knowledgeable about liver disease also which is one issue (of many) I deal with. I have alot of confidence in him.

Dr. Gacad performed a laparoscopy on me 5 years ago. I have been having some GI issues recently. My primary care physician had no record of my procedure and called his office to have it faxed. Unbeknownst to me, the test revealed Barrett's esophagus. Neither me nor my physician had ever been notified. Totally inept!! The reason for a two-star rating is due to the fact that I had no problems with Dr. Gacad prior to procedure and he performed the testing without any difficulty.

Exceptional physician who takes the time and really thinks about your case. Keeps up with the lastest literature as well, Highly reccomend
