He is arrogant and annoyed if he has to answer questions on complications of surgery. He refused to address pain issues involving increased eye pressure. He just ran away and pointed to his technician to "take care of it" I'm sure everything is great if you don't have complications. But when they made a bigger gas bubble that caused increased eye pressure so bad that pain is excruciating, they will do nothing and "ghost you" Don't go to this place. You are treated badly and dismissed by Tony and Brandon and this doctor

Dr. Pendergast is my eye physician. I like him and feel comfortable with his decisions on treating my eyes. He is pleasant and listens to me. Always calls me by my name.

My visit to the new facility for Retina Associates of Cleveland located in Beachwood was incredible. It is reassuring to see an investment in a new facility and new equipment for treatments Dr,. Pendergast provides good feedback and monitoring of diseases. He has an excellent staff. Leslie is by far is the best technician I have encountered in 50 some years of eye care. You will feel like a family member during your encounter.

The Warren location of Retina Associates of Cleveland is top notch. The receptionists are kind and professional: you feel very well taken care of as soon as you enter the building. Covid screening and everyone wiping off chairs as soon as you stood up shows office dedication of keeping everyone safe. The team that dialates the eyes, checks pressure of the eyes, and goes through your health history is very thorough and knowledgeable. I experienced a tear in my retina, and I was terrified! Josh talked me through what Dr. Pendergrast would do, assured me that I would receive the best care possible, and he was right! Josh is an amazing employee for this practice. Tony then took me to the eye exam room, answered all of my questions, and assisted Dr. Pendergrast during the Laser procedure. Dr. Pendergrast has the hands of God~~I am so grateful to him for giving me my vision back in my left eye. I received excellent care. Yolanda (bless you!) and Tammy took care of me at my follow up visit

Dr Pendergast did a Vitrectomy on me a week ago. I am mildly Trypanophobic (fear of needles) and because of this, I have put this procedure off for nearly a year. Dr Pendergast was so reassuring and calming that I let him do it. I feel so silly now. The procedure was less traumatic than my yearly flu shot. The staff and everyone there were excellent. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. There is a fairly good chance I may have to have the procedure repeated on the other eye. I will not hesitate to have it done if needed. My vision is awesome now that I've had my "windshield cleaned". LOL No more floaters and debris in there messing up my vision. Thank you Dr. Pendergast. And a special shout out to Tabby for her caring and compassionate encouragement during my first visit. Your the best
