Dr Sean Platt is an excellent physician and highly skilled ophthalmology specialist and surgeon. I recommend him highly as a member of Retina and Associates of Cleveland. Certainly deserving of his rating as a top physician

I had to wait an hour before being brought into the room and was then told it would be another hour and a half because 4 people were in front of me. That's just rude. These doctor's have such a high opinion of themselves that to keep a patient waiting is no reason for their concern. I think otherwise.

I waited an hour to be brought into the room and then was told it would be another hour and a half because there were 4 people ahead of me. That's rude and I left. He may not value my time but neither did I think he was worth waiting for.

Performed my eye surgery. Outstanding surgeon, very skilled.

Dr Platt performed an emergency surgery for a tear that was near being a detached retina. Another Dr had called over to him and sent me directly to him so I wouldn't have to go to the ER. I was very scared but Dr Platt was very understanding and compassionate under pressure and his staff was so kind. He fixed the tear. I've been back for additional pre-planned surgery and he has cleared up my vision like I couldn't imagine.
