This was my first time getting an eye exam, and I’m pretty sure I got scammed. It was supposed to be a $20 copay, but got charged another $39 for retinal scans which I don’t think I needed. Also got sold very expensive dry eye kit. I agreed because I believed the doctor, but it turns out it’s just fancy eye drops and an eye mask. Save your money and find a more honest eye clinic!
Getting my exam for my glasses was cool, everything worked out fine. It was the contact exam, and the experience of trying contacts for the first time that was a complete waist of time. Long story short, I have 2 boxes of contacts that I can't use. They literally fold up, fall out, or irritate my eyes so bad I can't see. I was given eye drops once, then eventually told I may need to be fitted for different lenses. Do ya know think🤷
Very unhappy with my experience at Summit Family Vision. I thought I was making an appointment at lenscrafters but only after my appointment I learned they were not . When I went for my contact fitting / pickup the lady was extremely rude ! I had trouble getting them in and she rudely told me I was not leaving with my contacts until I took them in and out three times ! I did not stay for her to disrespect me and told them to give me my contacts I paid for but they would not ! I said give me my contact prescription I paid for ! It's part of my medical records and I have a right to it . They refused me my prescription i paid for ! So I was given nothing for my insurance and copayment except a rude staff member scolding me , not assisting me . Very disrespectful from the first minute I saw her . I did not know her but she had an attitude like she hated me ! She should not work with the public ! Now I have no contacts and I refuse to go back to that office again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUMMIT FAMILY VISION BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE AND I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR ! Update ... I was never contacted or refunded for my contact order . Apparently they don't care about good customer service . I wrote again to ask for refund . I hope they at least do this .
I love going to see Dr. Patel, she is fast and friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this offce to anyone.
Prepare for a long wait time. The doctors are nice and efficient but the time it takes to complete the appointment is ridiculous.
The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. All staff were friendly and very little wait time.
I am not very happy or satisfied! The person examining me harmed my right eye with a pop, which discolored my face, sort of like a bleaching substance. Plus the marketing strategy I am not impressed.
Dr Patel is great! Very detailed and explains things well. I appreciate her friendliness and professionalism.
Great staff. So friendly. Loved Dr Voytilla
HANDS DOWN impressed with everything! They saw my daughter who had been diagnosed from urgent care with an eye ulcer. They saw her fast, was kind, and we are switching to this practice for all our general vision needs! Amazing!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
