He's an excellent doctor. Dr E listens to his patients and takes the time to answer all their questions. He's a very caring person. I've been his patient for many years and he needs to lighten up a bit, he's too serious. I give him an A+.

I have been a patient for roughly 13-14 years and the last few years it has significantly gone downhill here. My last encounter I was ill with a very contagious illness and I called for days to get an appointment with no such luck and on my last attempt the woman who answered the phone refused to book me an appointment with anyone available who could give a simple mouth swab and kept transferring me to the nurse voicemail when all I needed was a simple appointment (something only that lady is supposed do, her manager confirmed this) when I asked for her name to file an official complaint she refused. When I spoke to her manager she tried her best to get me to sweep it under the rug and not file the complaint though she agreed that the woman who I wanted to file it against was in the wrong. It likely was never filed. I am appalled at the lack of competence and care provided. The doctors are amazing as are the nurses but their front desk/staff is atrocious. With them being the first folks you speak with when you’re ill and in need of care, you’d think they’d hire people who are kind and helpful and care about the patients.
