A very pleasant visit and definitely not time consuming! The Director Jessica at the front desk was very nice and Knowledgeable! MY Counselor, was inviting and provided a peaceful atmosphere. I was tested properly, and my paperwork was transferred in a timely fashion. Doctor B 👍 was through and caring and got me the attention I needed for methadone treatment, lastly everyone had a smile best visit ever! I recommend to all that are looking for a safe and comfortable transition! 5 stars

I've been to other clinics and medmark is by far the best. Staff is very friendly. If you're looking for help, I highly recommend this clinic.

I was looking in Cleveland for a methadone clinic, but to no avail! They are not taking in new clients at this time due to covid 19. So I went online to try and find another route to treat my opioid dependance and came across MedMark. I put in a call to the number listed on the website and asked a few questions about their Tx and while put on hold was disconnected. About 5 minutes later a woman called me back and was told I could be seen on Monday and medicated on the same day. That was Friday. Well it is now Monday and I'm already thru the paperwork and waiting on the Dr to put me on my meds and get dosed! Everyone at this Amhurst location has been super friendly and welcoming.. I would definately recommend anyone that is suffering with an opiate addiction to come to MedMark and give it a try. It's only 30 minutes from my home in Brooklyn and it is well worth the little gas it took to get here. The earlier you come the quicker it is to get in and out. It's before noon and the wife and I are checked in, seen the Dr and dosed and on our way home! It's been pleasant morning on our way to recovery!

Medmark saved my life. The staff there treat me with the highest level of respect and care. They let you know that your not alone in your treatment. The counselors are amazing. Every single staff person there actually cares about you. I don’t know where I would be without them and I thank God every day for them! If your struggling with addiction please give these people a call!!! It will be the best thing you have ever done for yourself!

The staff starting with the receptionist to the nurses, counselors then the doctor are kind, educated and only want the best for everyone. They make you feel like family by wanting go see you better yourself with getting clean and stable to live a better life each and everyday and are here to help and not look at you different if you stumble along the way but try to find a way to help even more. I have been to another facility before here and will not go no where else because this facility has help me out so much.Thank you MedMark staff inAmherst ohio you are the best keep it up.

I am so grateful that MedMark opened a treatment center in Amherst Ohio. Everyone is helpful and very caring and treat all their clients like real people, they do not judge and it feels so nice finally not to be judged. If you have a problem with opiates we all welcome you with open arms. The director is amazing, the counseling is amazing, the nurses are wonderful and most of all the receptionist made a suggestion to me that MedMark in Columbus was taking clients during this Covid-19 crisis was taking clients. So, I looked around and found there was a MedMark in Kent Ohio. So, I joined the kent clinic until the Amherst clinic, which is 2 miles from my house opened then I transferred. Both places are wonderful! Please keep an open mind to make a move so you can live a longer life. Thanks to all of you!

This Methadone clinic also treats patients with Buprenorphine. They include counseling and have been AMAZING!!
