Extremely efficient. Went in for a COVID test. They will do rapid and PCR together. The only reason you have to get out of your car is to check in on the iPad in the entrance. Everything else is done online and through texts while you’re in your car. I was there and done within 30 minutes.
Words cannot express my gratitude for the care the staff at Arlington Urgent Care gave to my grandma when we visited today. Their kindness, compassion, service and professionalism was overwhelming. We were there for several hours and during that time she was given constant attention and treated like a VIP. A special thanks to Christine, Bruce, the nurses' assistant and the receptionist. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left I felt as though they were treating my grandma like they would treat a member of their own family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
If you need a rapid or regular covid test- go here!! Super easy to schedule and they accept walk-ins!
Easy online appointments and check-in, professional & friendly staff. Thorough and thoughtful care.
Very professional. Online booking and registration was very easy to use. Made it a seamless visit. Didn't have to get out of the vehicle to be tested.
Check in was easy, short time to be seen, short waiting time for testing and diagnose
We went for a rapid COVID test and were seen right at the appointment time. The provider came out to our car for the nose swap and we got the result less than 2 hours later. Very efficient and professional!
Quickly seen and answered all my questions in regards to my diagnosis.
Agree with another reviewer that Arlington Urgent Care makes getting a COVID test fast and simple. My son was having mildish symptoms, and I made an appointment for the same morning. Their online appointment and registration system was easy to navigate, it has an online queue so you can see where you are in line, and you sign in without having to go inside. We had an appointment for 11, and were on our way by 11:15. Nurse was extremely nice, and they offered us both fast and extended tests. Now all we need is a negative result!
Really easy to get a rapid Covid test just had to make an appointment online and show up 10 minutes early. The checkin was on an ipad, and then you waited in your car for a call screening. After that, you pull up behind the building, and they swabbed both nostrils (its not that far up). I just now have to wait for results by the end of the day.Everyone was very polite and friendly, whether on the phone, or the nurse doing the test. Would recommend!
Very expensive, and no MD on staff. If you want to visit a nurse for $150, thats up to you. But, if your condition is serious, or requires a careful diagnosis, go elsewhere.
First of all, whats the point of making an appointment if one still has to wait in their waiting room for an hour? Thats how my visit started off.The reason Im giving this facility a 1 star review is because of an error on their part is going to cost me an extra $500 in lab testing fees that no one told me about. Long story short, I called Arlington Urgent Care and asked how much some testing would cost me ( I dont have insurance). I was put on hold and when the front desk woman returned to the phone I was told $100. I thought that sounded acceptable so I visited the office What she failed to mention was that the $100 was just the office fee. Lab testing fees are billed separately and totaled nearly $500. Now Im stuck with 2 bills that couldve been avoided had I gone somewhere else. To add insult to injury, the office manager apologized and sent me a $25 gift card. I waited a few weeks before using said gift card but upon redemption I came to find out theres like 25 cents left on the card. It was a card where the value diminished as time went on, if that makes sense. So maybe this card lost $5/week? Ive since needed medical attention and have had great service at the Urgent Care in Hilliard. I think its an Ohio Health facility?
My pinkie is forever broken and ugly. I went in to this urgent care and was told my finger was fine and to wear a splint for three days. A toddler could tell this is broken. Because it was a green stick fracture (which I now know as a pre med student), the bone needed to be completely reset but not I have to live with this. This is my engagement hand. No one will be looking at the ring now. Would give 0/5 if I could.
If I could give less I would. My experience seemed alright when I called in to ask if they were busy, they failed to inform me they dont take Caresource or Medicaid. Something I dont tend to run into, so didnt think to ask. I ended up wasting $35 in Uber rides going there and back just to be told I cant be seen. You would think they would have asked this but the person at the front desk didnt seem like she wanted to be there so maybe she was just having a bad day. Hopefully this will be something they clarify to people calling in before hand.
Quick pleasant checkin, friendly staff, and a nice, efficient doctor. Decent price for a walkin, too!
Arlington Urgent Care was wonderful. Was I lucky to walk in on a Wednesday morning at 9:15am and be No. 2 for service? Maybe. The processing agent was clear in direction. The outer room was equipped with very nice rockingback chairs that were comfortable. Good magazines and TV. I was taken back for normal procedure within 15 minutes (ie. BP, HRT, TEMP, etc). The MD I had.... so professional and spoke in clear but human terms I understood. Didnt over prescribe (even went so far as to let me make the choice for an XRay or not). Meds were prescribed to a local pharmacy I use and they were ready in 15 minutes. Gotta say that Arlington Urgent Care fit my bill and helped my lifes moment when I needed care.
Came here after going to OhioHealth Hillard Urgent Care after a dog bite on 7/13. Ohiohealth did not prescribe me anything for the pain and when I called back the next morning to ask about it, they all but blatantly accused me of trying to steal narcotics.I went to Arlington Urgent Care 7/14 due to the excruciating pain, swelling, redness, and tenderness around the bite on my hand. I was seen quickly, and was treated with dignity by Matt and the Dr. They promptly treated me with an antibiotic shot, a pain shot, and a prescription for something to take the edge off of the pain. They asked me to come back Sunday to look at it again. On 7/15, I went back for another round of shots and I was told by the Dr. he was putting in a referral for a microsurgeon because of the pain I was in and wanted them to look at it. Again, dignified treatment from Matt and the doctor. Finally, today, 7/16, I went back for my last round of antibiotic shots and Matt and the doctor were very kind to me. I was in tears because the pain had increased dramatically from the day before and they ensured my referral to the hand surgeon was handled while I was still sitting there.I received excellent care at Arlington Urgent Care and am so glad I followed up after my original visit at OhioHealth.
The reception was not that warm or friendly. I have a lot of choices in urgent care and would like to walk in with someone a little more inviting when I walked in. Immediately receptionist told me to sign in and asked me what can I help you with in an annoyed stern voice. Well, clearly someone, either me or the person that walked in with me is ill, and you are a medical facility. A pleasant greeting would have been nice. The paperwork you have to fill out is pretty standard. Upon arrival I did discover they have an online check in system. The facility is located in a nice shopping center, it was clean and bright. The professional that came in the exam room first was very pleasant, the student doctor that came in was warm pleasant, she smiled and asked a lot of questions. They were both great. I saw Dr. Michael Rankin, he was very pleasant. He greeted me, listened to me, very kind. I would definitely go back to see this doctor. If it wasnt for the unpleasant greeting, this place would have five stars. I recommend the care I received.
What a terrible experience. My husband was in a car accident and needed to be checked out. After waiting a good 20 minutes after checking in, they tell us we have to selfpay and insurance doesnt cover it. We call our insurance company and they say they cover it and its not a problem at which point the clerk says shell do it. After we hang up the phone with the insurance company, the clerk changes her mind and says she cant do it. We ask to speak to another clerk and she also says they cant see him but she can call the manager. Finally, the manager comes and she too says she cant see him unless he self pays, even though the insurance company clearly said theyll cover it regardless if its due to a car accident. These people clearly dont care about helping people and only care about getting their money upfront. What a sad excuse for a health care facility. Id hate to see what they would do with people who dont even have insurance coverage.
These folks are awesome. I arrived when they opened, 2 people managed to be there before me. BUT I was checked in and seen by a doctor WITHIN 15 MINUTES! Thank you for your quick and efficient medical care!
