I have had both of my knees replaced by Dr. Melaragno. They were done 8 years apart. You will not find a better doctor for your knee replacement surgery. Very compassionate and competent. I had EXCELLENT results on both knees. THIS IS THE BEST MAN FOR YOUR KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY. HIGHLY-QUALIFIED AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I felt no pressure to replace my knee joint. The practice simply informed me of the state of my knees, after osteoarthritis had been eating away my cartilage. But when I decided to do it. Dr. Melaragno and his team informed me thoroughly about what would happen and what the recovery would look like. After surgery I called several times with questions and always received a quick response. I’m amazed that I only have an 8” incision. How they remove a diseased joint and replace it with a new one and move all the ligaments, muscles, and nerves aside to do that within a small opening amazes me. I’m a month into recovery and am delighted with the mobility I’ve already regained and the strength I can feel in my new knee.

Dr. Melaragno was precise, excellent communicator, positive and not only had an awesome sense of humor, but also his laser sharp skills delivered a successful surgery and well planned recovery process. Excellent experience as a patient!

Dr. Mel replaced my knee a month ago. I can’t stress enough how awesome he was to work with. Another reviewer said he is so personable and professional. That is him exactly. I appreciate the time he took with me explaining everything and he never made me feel like any of my questions were dumb or that I was wasting him time, which has been my experience in the past. I highly recommend Dr. Mel and the staff at Orthopedic One.

I had my right knee replacement in February 2021 and left knee replacement in October 2021 by Dr Mel. Amazing experience! He is wonderful to work with as you go through the steps. Quick recovery and able to do the things I couldn’t do. Highly recommend him and Orthepedic One.

Orthopedic One and Dr Melaragno and his staff are professional and knowledgeable. My knee replacement was the first major surgery I had experienced and I felt in amazing hands throughout the process. Although the first few days after were rough, thereafter by following the direction of Dr Mel, and the Physical Therapy Gods (Jason and TJ) my recovery has been seamless. If you plan a knee replacement Dr Mel and Orthopedic One is the only choice.
