Breast augmentation- His personality is likable but I question his expertise in this procedure as I’m still having complications 3 yrs after the procedure. He was not honest about the complexity of this procedure and possible complications. My issues include chronic pain in my right pec muscle, slipping rib syndrome that was very painful the first few months after surgery, loss of nipple sensitivity (he did say this would not happen) so there was nerve damage, nipples just hurt all the time, he’s not good at controlling scars, mine are obvious. Was in a lot of pain after the procedure on the right side.

For an unknown reason, I developed what looked like breast. As a man, I felt discussed in myself, I went in for male breast reduction. Dr. Heck assured me that my chest would look great and scheduled me for liposuction. After the procedure, I noticed that there was no significant reduction. Dr. Heck then told me that surgeons can’t remove breast tissue, all he could remove was fat and there wasn’t much fat. Basically, I spent about $4K on seemingly empty verbal promises by Dr. Heck. Over a year after and reading about Gynecomastia online, I received a second opinion from another surgeon. This doctor had no problem removing the breast tissue, and made no verbal promises. He spoke frankly and seemed professional compared to Dr. Heck’s empty verbal promises. I can finally take my shirt off and feel comfortable in the mirror. I don’t know why a man would suddenly develop breast tissue, but it did a number on my self-esteem and Dr. Heck seemed eager to take my cash for little results.
