V/o spa is amazing, I have been to many places and this spa by far is the best. The staff is so wonderful, friendly and so knowledgeable about all their services and products. Ashley is amazing her experience and knowledge is outstanding, her facials are amazing. I love this place. 😊

They are holding hundreds of dollars of my money and cannot provide the Botox and filler service I need. I participated in a loyalty program and they charged my card $99.00 per month that goes towards services and now they no longer have nurse injectors/nurse practitioners employed at their location. Their manager informed me that I signed a contract stating I cannot be refunded but will not send me a copy of the contract per my request. I have spent THOUSANDS on injections with them at this point and they have provided pitiful customer service over this matter. Do not spend your money here and do not participate in the loyalty plan! I myself am a nurse and I look forward to pampering myself and doing things that help me feel beautiful. I was looking forward to getting my Botox refreshed and relying on the money I had saved up in my loyalty plan with them. Now they aren’t even able to provide these services.

I can’t recommend this spa enough, everyone is very professional and they offer a ton of treatments. I just received a chemical peel with Haley and she explained the entire process and was very gentle.
