List of Uh Samaritan Pain Clinic's Reviews
My wife has been trying to schedule a mammogram for over a week. The main scheduling number says they don't schedule for the location in Mansfield. So they gave her a number, that person said they had never heard of that location (same organization) and I had to look up the address for them but they still couldnt schedule it, so called the local number of the facility, they said call the Ashland number we can't schedule it. With all the hype about the importance of mammograms you would think they could make it easier. I told my wife to just go to Cleveland Clinic which is who we use for everything else and I suggest everone else use Cleveland Clinic. They are wonderful.
Getting my 2nd covid shot at the Samaritan facility on main Street was one of the worst organized setups I have ever seen. I was first to arrived, was told by one worker I would be #1 to get vaccinated, then a few minutes later someone else told me and others we had to go outside and around to another entrance because that entrance was for handicapped only...why was no sign put up, or was this a last minute decision? I ended up going from #1 to #97 in the waiting line! Was also told, at the first door we had to wear a disposable face mask they provided, but when we walked to the other entrance there were mostly people waiting wearing their own designer style masks. Seemed like communication there was not being passed on to other workers.
I just had to write a review about the absolutely horrible experience I’ve had here. I got into a car accident and was told to go to the emergency room, the bill ended up being $800. I let the other parties insurance agent know and it WAS PAID IN FULL. She sent me the proof of payment and everything, they continue to mail me about paying my bill and today they sent it to collections on me even though it’s been PAID and I’ve called at least 15 times now trying to get it resolved, I’ve emailed the proof of payment and everything and I’ve gotten NOWHERE. It’s absolutely horrible and I’ll never come back. I’m only 20 years old and this could ruin my credit I’ve worked so hard to get even though I did nothing wrong and the bill was paid. Disgusting.
There is not a Negative star.
Too many bad experiences here.will never send a loved one here again.have missed critical conditions 2 times.1 is fighting for life now because of their neglegence
Would give a zero if I could. They have got to be the slowest hospital in history and rude
The staff do what they can. Administration needs to be changed. People use connections more. Uh nags you every few minutes to have accept the use policy. This place doesn't want to provide this or hire people to support community relations. If you are not wanting to provide the service or simply three steps beyond competence take offers to provide professional services. A dollar a day for zero lag and nag or a simply more services with UH not involved. The staff are good people admin not
If i could give zero stars i would. Just go to ohio health. Er staff make you feel like you a waist of time. No compation and very rude.
Not too bad. My grandma doesn't speak English and the translation services aren't too great. My grandma is hard of hearing so having a translator isn't that great. Still, given the language barrier, some nurses really found creative ways to communicate when we weren't there. Go nurses!
I went to the ER with abdominal pain generating to my back, they couldn't figure out what was going on so sent me for an MRI and failed to explain to me that was what they were going to do, needless to say they could not see anything on the MRI sent me home then came the bill $1,300 after insurance paid and never had a diagnosis, I don't go to the hospital for nothing! But they made sure they got their money I was threatened to pay or get my wages garnished! I ended up on a payment plan that took forever to pay off, then a few months later only to find out that my problem was kidney stones! Their failure to diagnose me put me through hell!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
