If no stars was an option I would have chosen that. Bright-view's lack of foresight and continuously dropping the ball on my husbands MAT treatment has caused out lives to be disrupted more than once. Disrupted is an understatement!!! I cannot wait for him to be off of this medication and done with Bright view. If you are seeking MAT treatment go anywhere else but here. The communication and care for the client here is absolutely atrocious!!!

I have been a terrible client, missing appointments, not calling to cancel and ignoring their requests to show up partially detoxing; regardless, the women working at the ashtabula center has welcomed me back time and time again. Knowing me by name, smiling and happily greeting me when I come back around. I was gone a year and decided I had had enough and made another appointment. An employee personally messaged me (from the office, not their personal number) saying how happy they'd been to see my name on the list. They even went above and beyond to set up the vivotrol shot for me even when they've never done it in that office before. Definitely truly caring individuals. Definitely recommend.

I love this place. I have felt like it was a chore to go to treatment before, but I actually look forward to going here. All the staff is great and they care about you. Plus they don't throw you away when u need them most. I'd give ten stars if I could and that's alot coming from me to a treatment facility. If you need help go here.

I have been professionally working with Brightview Health for the past year have had the opportunity to truly understand their mission and vision... simply put, Brightview Health is committed to providing accessible, afffordable modern addiction treatment using the latest and greatest in addiction medicine established by medical doctors supported by evidence. Opiate and heroin addiction are devastating communities across Ohio so when it comes to places committed to saving and improving lives in Ashtabula, Brightview Health, is a leader.
