Very helpful, they even have diapers if you need them. The location is not great and awful if you are on the bus

I was with someone who gets wic for her baby. The staff is always friendly but I think they need additional training. More than once she's been there for an appointment make changes to what the baby gets when going to the store to purchase baby's food or formula there's an issue and she can't use it. She has to go back to the wic office to fix the problem. Very inconvenient especially with an infant once is acceptable but this has happened more than once.
