Hopewell Health Centers's Online Review Report Card

I genuinely have not had an issue getting the care I needed. When I was not working well with a counselor, I was given a different one that fit my needs better. I am so happy with my counselor and recommend counseling at this facility to everyone! I was also able to get the testing needed to diagnose specific mental illnesses and was given proper medication, while working with medications I needed for other medical issues. All of the receptionists have been kind and always helpful, though sometimes they're obviously stressed. I have never had them take their stress out on me or seen them take that stress out on others. Actually, they usually apologize when they're in a bad mood! Overall, I feel like I'm being taken care of and genuinely cared about.

If you are someone experiencing mental instability and anxiety... Expect more of it after seeking help here. It's a real shame there isn't more options around

Dr. Noble's for told me I was having normal arthritis shoulder pain brought on by age. For three years. Excruciating pain.  I couldn't lift my arm. Because the rotator cuff tear he had ignored/disbelieved/sadistically perpetuated FOR THREE YEARS had resulted in a bone spur developing. I had to see another doctor and complained again about not being able to use my arm and *she* said, "Would you like to do an X-ray?" Really? Was it that simple to accept that there was something wrong? Or to give the benefit of the doubt instead of writing it off as "normal aging". Also, I never asked for pain meds. Ever. I just wanted to be able to lift my arm, wipe my butt, hook my bra. So. Hopewell Healthcare has some great doctors. Dr. Eduardo Robles is NOT one of them. Be aware!

I've only experienced great care with my doctor and supporting staff as well. Surprised of other reviews. 9 months later I felt the need to update this. I saw one comment saying "the 5 star reviews are made only by employees or people being bribed." I can't attest to others, but based off of my experience with the mental health side, Dr. Smith has literally single handedly helped me way more than any other doctor I've had. I stand by my 5 star review.

These are inherently the worst people in entire healthcare industry. My wife has been doing rounds at their clinic for incorrect charges on annual health checkup to routine health checkup. They always find some or the other reason to decline talking with you. Since last 8 months we have been going through this mental harassment. If someone can find a way to hold them accountable please let me know.

I’m going to tell you right now that the five star ratings are all by people employed at this facility. That is why they don’t post comments or if they do, they are generic comments such as:“ my psychiatrist is wonderful, very helpful!“ And“ The staff hair is absolutely terrific and helped me so much“When those are the only five star reviews that you see anywhere, you know they are being paid or bribed or asked to leave these comments but generally they just put five stars.I will attest to the best I can, that every single one of the negative reviews here is true.This is what it has become to mean in the state of Ohio. You cannot get help. Everything is regulated and they just want to put people with addiction issues on Suboxone. Instead of treating mental illness.They want to prescribe unhealthy antidepressants and antipsychotics to people with ADHD or who are on the autism spectrum.There is no help to be found in Ohio. To find help, Go outside of the state. And if by some miracle you do you find help in Ohio please comment back to me so I can as well.

The dentist and hygienist are nice and friendly at the Meigs hopewell clinic and are able to work you in. The dentist and hygienist are able to explain things that are being done.

Make stuff up and don’t call when they say they are going to

They have been helpful up until I ran out of my medication that I need to no have seizures. Now a nurse named Cassidy is being rude, told me to stop calling the facility because I’m tying up their phone lines. I just don’t know what to do right now
