Hopewell Health Centers's Online Review Report Card

I've only experienced great care with my doctor and supporting staff as well. Surprised of other reviews.

This is now the second time hopewell has made me suffer through 4+ days without my antidepressants even though they know the withdrawals make me violently ill and I start getting dangerously depressed without them. At neither time was my fault. I called at the right time and the nurse just IGNORED MY REQUEST FOR A PERSCRIPTION. Then the lady at the front desk tried telling me it was my fault bc I didn't call "yesterday" when I called the freaking times yesterday. Do not go here. Go to an actual doctor's office. These people do not care about you.

I am on my meds but they still keep giving me injections so if I miss one I have to spend a week in the hospital so they can live it up while I'm suffering I just got a call from these people and all they cared about was getting my information so they could lock me up here they are calling again9

If ZERO was an option I would have put it there. I have been dealing with PTSD and other mental health issues and had been receiving assistance in Franklin county. I have been trying to speak with someone in regards to counseling and other mental health advocacy. However the boy who answers the phone is beyond ignorant. If someone could please give me the number or website to file a grievances against the Hopewell I would really appreciate it. I know my rights in regards to receiving mental health care and my insurance also is going to be involved because I found out they have been charging my insurance for services not received.

They have been helpful up until I ran out of my medication that I need to no have seizures. Now a nurse named Cassidy is being rude, told me to stop calling the facility because I’m tying up their phone lines. I just don’t know what to do right now

Don’t recommend this place to anyone because they are disrespectful and don’t get you the help you need. All’s they try to do is get information about you to through you In the hospital.

My counselor missed 3 appointments. When I called to see what the problem was they told me I had no appointments in the system, their mistake not mine. Her supervisor set me up with a new counselor and promised me this wouldn’t happen again. It did. I called after the new appointment was missed and no supervisors were available to help. More than a month worth of appointments have been missed due to their mishandling. This is disappointing, dangerous for people who need help, and disgusting.I wish I could leave 0 stars

The worst in my life

Horrible staff that like to bully vulnerable patients. My fiance has actually gotten worse since going here. Their nurses will call you after you put in a complaint on one of them and ask you over 5 times on the phone why you put in a complaint (which is completely unethical). You won't see a doctor it most likely will be a Nurse Practitioner on a tv that will change your medications around and even put you on zoloft and prozac at the same time, or some other horrible combination. Basically the nurses control everything what the doctor hears, what's put in your chart, and if they decide they dont like you; they will make you life hell until your crying 20 times a day. If I could give negative stars I would. I've had mu mother and my fiance try to go hear and they are worse because of it. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else!
