Very thorough and patient. Down to earth man who is very easy to communicate with. I found him to be frank, and to the point in a very easy manner. Felt comfortable with him immediately. Would recommend him without hesitation. The entire office staff is friendly and efficient and seem to enjoy the jobs they do.

Doctor and especially the staff are rude. Can't ever get a timely appointment, instead sends you to hospitals he's affiliated with that have a higher price, surprise surprise. Have to beg and call multiple times for answers, results, and anything else you need. Do not go to this doctor.

Never a issue here. Scheduling is always correct and talking with doctor is always pleasant and question are always answered. Very faithful to there patients. They R the best.

I went to see Dr. Memo about a lab finding blood in my urine. I was a little nervous but as soon as he entered my exam room and talked to me I felt comfortable and at ease. He is very easy to talk to and he listens. In my opinion he is a very caring and compassionate doctor. Do not hesitate to schedule an appointment with him. You won’t be sorry.

My experience with NEO Urology is absolutely unacceptable. I was in severe pain and they said they found a large kidney stone, then ran one more test and said I did not and said there was nothing they could do for me. I was left in pain, missing class for three days and went to the emergency room to find I had a bad infection. They tested my urine at the office so there is no excuse for them not finding the infection or helping me further, not to mention how rude his staff was. Very disappointed

36 mins in waiting area so far......had to call office for results, they were supposed to call us. Terrible scheduling. I swear these people in med offices should have scheduling down pat by now, no reason for people to waste hrs of life waiting!! How about we charge them when they make ya wait an hr!

My 83 year old mother went to Dr. Memo after having severe pain which left her bedridden for days. Dr. Memo did not take the time to even examine her but just talked with her for 2 minutes and told her to come back in a month for a scope and exam. What kind of doctor does this? I would not send anyone to him. My mother found another doctor who took the time to exam, take tests and try to get to the issue at hand.
