Very happy ,, Dr is kind and flexible, staff are all very kind also ,, we'll pleased

I got an iliac stent put in nearly 2 years ago. There's been no checkups on it, as if it's no big deal. I showed up for an ultrasound appointment I requested a year after my stent was placed, to check up on it and was told by the tech that their equipment doesn't pick up on that, and that she was told I was there for varicose veins. I have reached out multiple times because of pain in the area where the stent was placed, I'm told orders will be sent to check on it, and they aren't. The last time I called was Dec 27. I was told they'd send an order to wherever I wanted, I told them my preference, I've called the hospital twice, called the office and a left message, and no one has called me back. This office may be great for varicose vein treatment, but they have not been for me at all. I had a phone conversation with the Dr himself about this over a year ago, he defended his staff, disregarded what I had to say, asked can we resolve it, and all I wanted was check ups on my stent and that has not happened yet. I've never left a bad review. Since I'm not listened to by the office, I decided to say it here. Because I matter. I don't recommend going to this office for anything serious.

Expert staff deserves 10 stars and very professional and courteous! Doctors is also excellent and deserves ten stars or more!!! Highly recommend JW thank you for your compassionate care and excellent professionalism!!!

I'm 34 and just had my first appt with Dr. Schmetterer. Very nice Dr. He walked me thru the whole process from the consultation we were at to the ultrasound and leg mapping and explained why I was having vein issues and how we are going to fix them (in office procedure)

Dr. Schmetterer recently performed a Venaseal procedure on my leg. I am most happy with the results. Two thumbs up. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing it. Thank you Dr. Schmetterer and staff.

Dr. Schmetter and his staff are amazing, they make you feel very comfortable at your office visits and with procedures. It is great to have a physician who masters his field and his assistant Melyssa, who handles all of your questions and concerns around-the-clock.

My experience was nothing less than perfect. I was having leg pain and seeing unattractive veins. After my procedures I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my results. I have a heart condition and I now feel more relieved than ever to have less worries. Please consider these procedures not only cosmetically but medically securing any condition you may have. I thank you Dr. Schmetterer and your staff. You are blessed with such a knowledgeable group of coworkers.

I am so very happy with Dr Schmetterer, I was very comfortable with him and he had compassion for me and wanted to help. If there was six stars I would have given him 6 stars🤩 The staff is also the same way, very nice and know what they are doing. Ty to Dr Schmetterer

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Schmetterer everyone was kind and they did a wonderful job. My legs feel great they always used to hurt but with my treatments they feel good I would recommend Dr. Schmetterer to anyone once again Thank You Dr.Schmetterer and Staff. God Bless you all.
