My husband got glasses here and I am very irritated about how it went! First of all, this doctor's office does not have a machine for credit/debit cards. We have a card for an FSA account and we were unable to use it. We had to write a check. We can apply to have the money reimbursed by our FSA acct but it is so inconvenient and time consuming. Also, when his glasses came in they did not call and let us know. He ended up calling and asking about them 3 weeks after his appointment, and found out they had been in for a week. Then when he went and picked them up they were all scratched up on one lens, and he didn't notice, since he has bad vision. When he got home I looked at them and saw the scratches and now we will have to wait for them to be repaired. The doctor should have checked them before he left the office. Obviously if someone is buying glasses they have bad vision, and should be helped with inspecting the glasses. I will never go back there again!
