Didn't have a visit didn't get there because of poor staff communication. The staff over the phone transferred me to the wrong department and then I left a message. Then the staff said my message was too long and supposedly cut off. Then they transfer me back in their long Que and so I just hanged up and called another doctor's office, Lastly this was important procedure I needed to get done and if they are like that on the phone, they don't get my business.

Dr. Ricchiuti is a wonderful doctor and I literally will trust him with my life. He always takes the time to explain stuff to me because I don't know this stuff at all. His nurses Carol and Rachael are always helpful and nice. Some staff cats like they couldn't be bothered to help but overall I like the office. I will tell people to see Dr. Ricchiuti for any urine related problems.

I've had 2 appointments and when the doctor came in he said I don't have all your information so I can't see you yet. , office keeps having excuses of not having all my information from previous doctor. This all started over 2 months ago and now I was just informed they need more information from my old doctor. All this while having cancer!!!

I really like Dr. Vincent Ricchuiti. He was very personable and explained everything in detail. He also answered all my questions. My only complaint was that I waited 1 hour in the waiting room and 1 hour in the exam room before I was seen.
