Community Health Care - Barberton's Online Review Report Card

I love Dr. Trump and have seen her for years. Unfortunately, I am leaving due to Lynn, one of the people that answers the phone. She is condescending and should not be in a job involving people. I complained after the first time, but after today, I have to leave. As much as I love Dr. Trump, if I have to go through her, I can't stay here. It's a shame. Five stars for Dr. Trump. Zero stars for her.

I wouldn't go to a more loving kind considerate DR than Kristen Trump. Her compassion and professionalism is great

I dont understand these bad reviews, Been going to Community Health Care and seeing Dr.Trump for over 20 years. Never ever had a bad visit or bad experience. She us kind and courteous to you and your needs. Doesn't make you feel dumb. She explains everything thoroughly so you actually understand what will happen or need to be done.

Nice staff, wait times vary, it just depends how busy they are, and of course some patients have more questions than others, so of course there is a possibility of another patient's appointment running longer than anticipated. I've never had any issues while going here.

I'm disgusted in this place. Definitely not the business you should trust to call your family Dr. I decided to establish myself as a patient with them and get some yearly blood work done. The office neglected to tell me that the lab they send their blood work to after drawing it in their office is out of network for my insurance. When I called them later about it, their words were 'yea, this unfortunately is a problem we see a lot.. we have signs on the wall informing you of this.. it's your responsibility to check that.' Hm you see it a lot and you don't think to look out for your new patients and inform them of this? Good job not doing your job as a patient advocate. Why would I ever trust to go back?

Dr. Trump, Dr. Patel, and Carleeta Soltis are amazing!! I have been a patient of Dr. Trump's for 18 years. I have never felt that she was in a hurry at any of my appointments ever!! She's very compassionate. I will never go to another doctor's office. Carleeta- the nurse practitioner is extremely thorough at every visit as well as compassionate. Dr. Patel has only been there for a year, but my few interactions with him have also been impressive as well. All three providers have excellent people skills and bedside manner. I highly recommend this office!

This is the worst place that my son, (whose 21) went to. When we scheduled the appointment, we were not told that a nurse practitioner was going to see him. Then she diagnosed him wrong. They also have very rude customer service. The receptionist was rude. The Manger was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I wouldn't take a rat to this office for a check up. I'm sorry I had to give them a star. More like a -5. 😣👎😲

Very rude. Made me wait 2 hours to see the nurse practitioner many time. Uncomfortable remarks and stuck up body language. Cannot follow through with prescriptions or requests on where to send information.

This So called "Health Care" Place is a joke. The staff are very rude. They break confidentiality every chance they get. They miss signs of sickness for years at a time.My mother was seeing the nurse practitioner Tammy Lincoln. She doesn't care about what you say she is always on her computer she has no empathy for anyone or anything. MY mother went to her ever since she was there. For a whole year that woman missed my mothers white blood cell count was up. She switched doctors in the faculty and that doctor found it right away, Sent her to an oncologist the same day she seen her. Now why is it that it takes the practitioner a year to miss it and this new doctor right away to find it? Not to mention the head doctor, doctor ison charges your insurance 500 dollars if your in the hospital to see you. But i am not Lying whe i say he is literally there for five seconds and then is gone. and racks your insurance company. The desk women also charge your insurance wrong. I am 20 years old and she charged my insurance saying i was in senior care. ARE YOU SERIOUS. And when you tell them they make YOU call the insurance company and have it changed instead of them The ones who mess it up! This place all around is hell. If i were you reading this tranfer everything out of that doctors office ASAP for you will be very screwed over by them. I think the only nice person there is a woman named sharron. She is THE nicest person. and you know what is sad those women make fun of her for everything. the ammount of gossip that cirlces throughout there is amaizng.
