Brightview Batavia Addiction Treatment Center's Online Review Report Card

Finally a place that works with and for the addict and their families. Never once have I walked in those doors appt or not and been turned away. It works if we work it....we die if we dont***UPDATE 14 MONTHS LATER****Ive completed the 1 yr program and have maintained sobriety. I was moved to the step down program where im no longer required to attend certain groups and meetings yet i still find myself fully engaged and enjoy the much needed process time and just knowing they are there if i need them makes me work harder to stay on my A game. An amazing asset to the community, county and state as a whole. Thank you for being there...Im working it and its working for me today.

If you really want to be clean and work the program you have a great chance at Brightview. My counselor is amazing and I really like the Dr's and staff too. If you treat them with respect and even those who don't the whole staff there really care about you and have your back. Its saved my life. I will be forever grateful to you all. Thanks

Great place. Been going for 6 years and living a real healthy sober life thanks to them. Had a funeral today and they rushed me in and out very professional and personable with each patient. Love u brightview

I have been a patient at brightview since 2017, I have been to almost all the rehabs there are in the tristate area. I have nothing negative to say about other facilities, but, for me n many others brightview actually cares how u r, n they work w u to make recover happen. They don't judge u n they also teach u why you make the decisions you make. They don't tell u what program to work, they counsel n stand behind your victories and your downfalls, n DNT just count you out. IF YOU WANT RECOVERY THIS PLACE MAKES IT TO WHERE I IT ACTUALLY HAPPENS. I am in absolute debt to this staff as a whole. I have went to almost all the locations and they are all asking.

This place is amazing it's not just a company that cares about money they actually care about you and take the time to invest in you they're not worried about having money if you don't have insurance like some facilities you can go there without insurance it's preferred to have it but you don't necessarily have to have it they won't make you pay for your visits if you don't more or less it's just a really down to earth place they really care about you they really take the time to dig into what makes you do the things you do and help you get through it it's just all around a good place I enjoy it and I would refer anybody that's looking for any kind of drug treatment facility program to try them it's the best place I've found so far

The staff at brightview in Batavia are the best I’ve ever come across! They are non judgmental and welcome all who are seeking for recovery in every aspect of addiction. They help with medication and educational groups for all alike . Very reliable and willing to work around your schedule!! Can’t love them enough!!!

Staff members are always accommodating, polite and professional. I've had several friends use Brightviews facilities and be thankful for a new day, new beginning and a new "sober" life.
