Dr. Kelley is an excellent, caring, and professional doctor. She actively listens to what your concerns are and finds a solution, whether that is prescribing medication, ordering tests to find the problem , and/or refer you to the appropriate specialist that is needed. Her staff is excellent and caring.

Dr. Kelley is just phoning it in these days. Sure she's nice, but she's not thorough, speeds through her appointments, misses things that should be checked or makes an excuse not to deal with them that day. She never misses an opportunity to send you to the COPC urgent care way over in Westerville when you're sick (yes, when you're sick - I thought that's what doctors are for) or need a special service that she no longer wants to perform in her office. She is just not a good, thorough, or engaged doctor anymore and should consider retiring. I know five people who have stopped going to her for the reasons stated above.

Dr. Kelley and her staff provide the most wonderful care. Always friendly, always organized and the visits I have made over the many years have been flawless. I’ve had several visits with Dr. Kelley - hoping things will get better. She is not very professional or polished. She gets her thoughts scrambled easily and has a hard time articulating herself. she is a very intense person, and doesn’t seem to have soft skills or a sense of humor. Both of which are important traits in life, as well as dealing with patients in a mental health setting.
