Registered online, text confirmation says walk in at your convenience so I went to the office. I signed in and theres a QR code to notify the staff you arrived. The receptionist (who looked a mess) came to the front while someone in the back was cursing loudly in the back. The receptionist said they have no doctors or nurses so I couldn't get the medication for a chest infection I went in for. Literally there is no point to this so called urgent care. Considering it supposedly newly opened its dirty inside too. This is the most unprofessional, gross, pointless "urgent care" I've ever been to.
