The staff at Soin was amazing! They took very good care of me when I was feeling ill.

Have to change my previous 5 star review. This staff talks in circles, avoids truths, and conversations about care. Yeah I see right thru your lies Vanessa and Eduardo. Take a copy of your bill of rights with you. These nurses get a bad day, withhold meds,toilet use water, food, call lights, phone use, tv or anything you ask for with a power trip. Want to talk to the doc? You got me. You saw the doc, see, he just walked by. You have a license to keep and believe me, the state will get a ear full. Word of advice, go anywhere but here until they get a new team.

Every person that I was in contact with at Soin was friendly, caring and helpful. I have no complaints about the hospital or the people. The only thing I didn't like was the food. I was in 2 days and had 2 meals, neither one fit to eat. You need to work on that.

I had a recent surgery at Soin that was scheduled as an out patient surgery. Due to a complication that arose, my surgeon kept me overnight for observation. The care I received was outstanding. The staff works very well together. There was always a please and thank you if a staff person asked another staff member to take care of something. The staff seems to be very well trained in working together as a team. Fortunately, the complication that arose was not serious. I appreciated, though, the fact that the doctors ordered tests to rule out any problems. Thank you to the doctors and staff for providing such good care that reassures the patient.

Had a great experience, Soin has always been my favorite hospital in the area. My ER nurse Keri was amazing, and Angie who did my ultra sound was awesome as well. Lindsey, Ebonie, Jenna, and Miranda were all great nurses. Michelle who works with nutrition was always so kind, and Carol who does the housekeeping was always great as well. Everybody did an outstanding job, and I am very thankful that I was well taken care of.

The staff is very efficient during the tornado warning when I was in my stay there they had everybody out of their rooms within 4 minutes of the announcement over allowed speaker And I did not have anybody that was not nice or anything like that your staff is top-notch

I was very happy with the care given by the surgeon and his team. The nurses, aids, and physical therapist on the floor were excellent. They made me feel like a person not just a patient. I was well informed of everything they were doing for me. The ER experience was very different. I understand they were busy and possibly understaffed, but the response time and help I received in the room was horrible. The Dr. ordered pain meds for me but it took over 2 hours to get anything. I had to asked constantly for something to help with the pain and it always took more than an hour every time to get help. I was never once asked the level of my pain in ER.

If you have to be in the hospital this is the one. Everyone from the moment you arrive is totally committed to giving you the best care possible and they care about you.
