Dr Froehlich is a wonderful, compassionate doctor!

She is thorough, takes the time needed to be thorough, is up to date on current recommendations, makes sure her patients are up to date on preventive care, and treats her patients like she would probably treat a family member (i.e., with the very best care). It makes me feel good to know that she is my mother's primary care doctor, and I really wish she was taking new patients so I could get my Dad to see her too! Update: 3 years later, I’m disappointed to say that Dr. Froehlich ‘fired’ my mom as a patient without explanation, other than something vague like ‘there has been a breakdown in the doctor-patient relationship.’ My mother has not shown any negative behavior or attitude towards the doctor or her staff to deserve such a response. I can only guess that it might be because the office was trying to contact my mom to make a follow up appointment but she was out of the country for about four months and could not call them back. The ‘dismissal’ letter also said my mom cannot see any other doctor with Primed! Well, she has found a new family doctor that she likes very much at another practice so it’s all good, but I cannot help but change my review from 5 stars to 2 because the doctor’s decision to fire my mother was just so beyond normal practice. You don’t fire patients unless they do something egregious- not because they didn’t return your office’s calls for a follow up appointment for 6 months, or who knows, maybe because she declined a colonoscopy and wanted the FOBT instead? Anyways, maybe it’s good riddance.

While the wait times can get long, it's because Dr. F spends so much time with her patients! She's been my doctor for nearly 10 years and she's helped me tremendously. She listens, she's patient, and she's not over zealous with ordering unnecessary tests. I trust her decisions and recommendations.

Dr Froehlich is an amazing doctor! She is caring and compassionate and Competent. She is everything you could ask for in a family doctor. She never makes me feel hurried in the office. Yes, I wait sometimes to see her but it is worth it. Her staff is helpful. I have been a patient for over 10 years and she is also my husband's doctor and my son recently became her patient as well. We all feel very comfortable with her. I highly recommend her.
