Never had a better doctor!!!!

Nobody ever returned my phone or my chart messages-nobody answered the phone. Dr Gwin seems very nice but I need a doctor when sick. I will definitly change physicians

Dr Gwin and the medical are the best. And it is unfortunate that people may have an unpleasant experience one time and use that as a negative for the whole. We all have are good and bad days where we aren’t 💯 percent. I have referred several people to the office and will continue to do so.

Office staff is incompetent especially when it comes to handling patient prescription orders and follow through. Lila Gwin is a pleasant person but the quality of the staff leaves something to be desired. Never before had a staff person say she would do something and then not do it. Dangerous in a medical practice.

Spends as much time as the patient needs. Listens carefully to the patient's concerns. Explains things so they can be easily understood. She is the best physician I've had in a long, long time. Bottom line--she REALLY cares!

Excellent Doctor who genuinely listens and cares about her patients. I am relocated from NY, NJ and I was having difficulty finding a new Primary Care Doctor. I feel so confident with Dr. Gwin and I cannot say enough wonderful comments about her expertise and compassion. Staff is awesome too.

Dr. Gwin is fantastic along with her office staff in Kettering, Ohio. She is the most compassionate Doctor I have ever met. Her knowledge and expertise is solid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the Southmoor office.
