She is not a compassionate person, only cares about "her name" being associated with things. Those were her words, not mine. She lectures too much, and does not listen to the patient. I do not recommend her at all.

Dr Costa I can honestly say is the best Dr I have ever had, compassionate, professional and always has a smile.

I'm new to Ohio and Dr. Costa saw not only myself, but each of my 4 children on individual visits and she was superb with each and every visit. As a mother of 4 children who has had to move quite a bit, we've seen lots of doctors and I've rarely been impressed. When I left Dr. Costa's office the 1st time, I was so grateful to have seen her, and with each visit thereafter she did not disappoint. It's obvious she cares about her patients, which is more of an impression than most Dr's have made on myself and my family. We are grateful to be under her care.

I went to this Dr for the first time yesterday and I felt insulted and mistreated in the office. She would not talk about anything other than the physical exam exam even though I wanted to discuss other things with her. She lacks empathy towards patients. Not a good doctor for someone older. Her tone of voice was disrespectful and load. I left the office stressed out and took me the whole day to recover even though it had nothing to do with my health.
