My son spent four months in this facility for "rehab" after 7 weeks in intensive care. We were not allowed to visit because of covid hysteria. In that time he received next to no "rehab" and left the facility in much worse shape than when he got there. We were misled about his progress, or lack of. He entered with no contractures but left with his arms and hands so contacted that he will need probably a year of therapy to regain use of his hands, if he ever does. If you have any regards for your family members, DO NOT put him/her in this God awful place.

My mother is a resident here. Twice now she has been taken to the Emergency Room without me (her emergency contact) being notified. The first time she was taken for surgery and family was never notified. The type of miscommunication is unacceptable and staff defends the actions of the incompetent nurses.Edit: as of 12/24/2019 this has now happened 3 times and I've been notified it's the same nurse that's done it every time.2nd Edit: as of 12/31/2019 this has now happened 4 times. The administrator said all she can do is educate staff and offered no solution.

They will not inform you of loved ones being sent to the hospital. The administrator was not sympathetic to the situation after the 4th time. She had a bad attitude and said nothing she could say would make the situation better and asked if this was the first time we've visited since our loved one was sent.
