Was a patient my whole life but I’m going to have to find another doctor. $130 for a 5 minute phone call is kind of ridiculous. It isn’t that I can’t afford it but it’s as if they billed for a full hour of work to send a blood test request to the hospital and answer two questions I could have honestly found the answer to from Google. Called into the office to ask about it to see if maybe it was a mistake and spoke with someone that sounded like she really hated her job. It’s one thing if I could be informed as a patient about how billing works ahead of time, it’s another to just send in a huge bill to hit a couple buttons on a laptop and just expect me to pay it and get upset if I try to find someone who could maybe reason with me on it. Oh well.

Dr Douglas Hoy is very professional, he listens to what you have to say , staff is great, and yes you may have to waít a lil bit but not very long at all

Great Dr., So up on his studies this doctor is. Lol. As in mseeking meds or abusing doctors ,. Find another one. He's the truth and ain't going for no crap. Love this doctor wholeheartedly, took care of my mom during her bouts with cancer, been my doc. For my entire life. And not one complaint.

He has been our doctor for years and our kids doctors since they were born he is a great doctor our kids love him his office has expanded a lot over the years he is very busy but no matter how busy if it’s important he gets us in the staff there are always very friendly so a big thank you too everyone over there

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hoy. I have never had a doctor that just always seems to know the right thing to do to help me and he’s very confident about it. I am thankful to have such a good doctor taking care of me.

Use to love this doctor in the past but now it’s gone down hill. Too much to even type let’s just little detail the nurse practitioner they don’t prescribe right meds and don’t listen to what you say. The one nurse Debbie I think her name is super rude always makes it a bad visit when there are cranky nurses. Barely ever could get in to see doctor hoy but always for the practitioner. I’m just not a fan of the place anymore after all this.. sad he was my doctor since I was a baby and now I’m an adult and have to find a better doctor..
