Absolutely horrible customer service. Cant get an appointment for weeks, when we showed up they refused to see us because we only had a copy of our insurance card. They only have one receptionist in the Norwalk office, she is also responsible for greeting people that come in...so you can call and call and get no one. They r closed between 12-1 which sucks. The office manager informed me that I could go to Cleveland if I don't like it, they are the only Urologist in the area, and they know it.

He was late to the appointment, even though it was first thing in the morning. He didn't even say what he thought was wrong, or say what treatment he was going to pursue. All he did was get up and walk out of the room. That was it! We haven't even spoken to him or anyone from his office, and when we tried to schedule another appointment, he refused. Is he a doctor or not?

My son has had a problem with severe pain in his testicles(scrotum) for a couple of months now. Our family doctor's office referred us to Dr. Rice's office. We were the first one's to see him in the morning, and still had to wait over an hour. After examining him, he just got up and walked out of the room, WITHOUT EVEN TELLING HIM WHAT HE THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS OR A COURSE OF TREATMENT. A couple weeks later we are back in the ER, where the ER doctor diagnosed him with varicocele, an abnormal growth of blood vessels in the testicle, which may require surgery. We called Dr. Rice back and he refuses to see him, saying he is not concerned with my son's condition. He told us to go back to our family doctor.

I became a very lucky woman the day I became a patient of Dr. Rice's. Dr. Rice knows a lot about a condition I have called a horse shoe kidney. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and very good at his job. I'd reccommend him to anyone!
