I have gone in multiple time for blood tests, x-rays, and recently went in for a lithotripsy. Everyone from intake to nursing staff etc, have been wonderful! The only small complaint I have would be with the anesthesia person that assisted during my recent procedure, as he was putting the mask over my face in the OR he said "this is just oxygen, it smells funny because of the plastic in the new mask" - seriously? I'm 55, I've been aestheticized before, dont treat me like a child. Otherwise, all my experiences have been very positive!

So the Bellevue hospital has a new Er doctor named jeff keto or something but they about killed me not just onces but 4 times like they did with my throat when I was having problems I am super gald my mom took me to the Fremont hospital and my neighbor watched all my kids till there nana came and got the 2 older ones and I am gald Fremont ems me to this amazing wonderful awesome hospital in Toledo they r so amazing and the food is wonderful .and also Bellevue hospital is soooooooooo judgemental disrespectful and not very caring to the patients. and i never onces since I got to Toledo hospital have had a problem at allllll every need every time I would push that help button worth in seconds they r here Donna Brown-Lloyd Shaunda Garrard AND THIS IS ABOUT THE ER........🙄🤬🤬 I should never ever went and I should of listen to my throat doctor.....

I received great treatment in their ER, outpatient surgery, and a three day stay after another surgery. The hospital is very CLEAN, well organized, and the staff is genuinely caring in delivering their services. I had confidence in the MDs and staff who provided my care and as an RN/BSN, I recognized the extra efforts by the staff to ensure their patients received excellent care.My only glitch - which was a major issue - was the night of my surgery with a long delay for pain medications, and when I mentioned this to a nursing assistant, she advised that my nurse was in an urgent situation with another patient. Being the extent of my surgery, it was completely negligent for the nurse not to call for extra backup to provide me with adequate pain control measures (it was time for the medication to be given). I subsequently suffered at a10/10 pain level for several agonizing hours. She then called the house supervisor who came to my assistance and provided my meds ASAP, as should have been done for an orthopedic surgery patient immediately as requested when it's due. The house supervisor did check in with me a few times a day for the rest of my stay, and the nurse from my first night was very kind and attentive thereafter. Overall, if I should need to go back for another surgery, I would not hesitate to trust the physicians and staff to give me great care. I just wish things would have been handled better when I needed pain relief the most.

Labor and delivery team is amazing! Dr. Karasik is amazing but the nursing staff goes over and beyond for you. Even during COVID and all the uncertainty going on we felt at home and well taken care of. They answered any questions And helped every step of the way! Thank you for helping us start our New Years out right!

This one star is for speech pathologist... She basically kicked my 4 year old out because he wasn't listening for one day? He's not even a bad kid, he is a toddler for god sake. Horrible and unprofessional..

I was in their ER for treatment after an incident. I thought the nurses and MD were excellent. I received all care and procedures in a timely manner and was treated with respect. I felt well cared for and the hospital looked extremely clean.

Came to do a urinalysis this is the only hospital I've ever been to where I've waited over an hr to do the test. Every other care facility i was in and out in under 15 mins. Wish i could give a negative star rating.
