don't go here if you actually need help. Went in for a bad infected tooth. Explained situation and the doctor gave me an antibiotic.... Except he gave me the bare minimum 150mg Clindamycin. When I checked on line this amount is rarely used to treat tooth infections by them selves. Now 8 days later and unable to get into a crowded clinic in less than 2 weeks I'm still in pain and still have an infection. Called in to explain the situation and see if he could up the dose(of antibiotics I DID NOT ASK FOR PAIN MEDS)and was treated with hostility and dismissal and told to follow up with a dentist because he would not prescribe any more. this new wave of physicians giving you the bare minimum and pushing you off on someone else is ridiculous. So here I am still in pain waiting on someone to call me for an appointment.

I have gone to the Bellville Avita walk in clinic and my primary care physician Megan Crowley is also located in the same building. The entire staff is always friendly, professional and give great patient care. I would 100 % suggest this Avita location to anyone in need of medical care.

The girls at this location are always so sweet!! I brought my son in for a sports physical and they were super quick but thorough. We will always come to this walk-in clinic!!

I absolutely love going here simply because they have all of my information already and it’s a quick, easy in and out. The staff are very nice, friendly and will make sure you’re comfortable. It’s great to know that there’s a staff member that knows sign language to help me since I’m hard of hearing to know what’s going on if I can’t hear the doctor well.

Very clean facility, professional and personable staff!! Definitely did not feel well and they made my visit easy, and quickly! The polite receptionist and nursing staff were amazing!! Ontario location.

No one likes to have to visit an urgent care, but the team at Avita’s Bellville Walk-In Clinic made the process as simple as possible within current protocols. From the receptionist to the physician their team communicated clearly what was being done for my son, in what time frame we could expect results and with a sense of urgency and compassion.
