This Doctor refused to see me after repeated pleading for help with knee pain during the COVID 19 restrictions on elective surgery. All that was needed was a steroid injection which - thankfully - my primary care doctor was willing to do.

He operated on my wife’s knee 7 months ago. She still has bad pain and we can’t do anything that involves much walking. He won’t do anything about fixing this problem! He recommended more physical therapy but the therapist looked at a recent X-ray and said that there are problems that therapy won’t fix. Going to another doctor!

I just love Dr. Randall. He did my shoulder surgery on Nov. 9, 2016 and did a great job. I have full mobility of my left arm, just as much as my right arm. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Randall was the perfect choice for me. in 2011 he did repaired my left shoulder rotator. Right after therapy this became my good shoulder. Oct 2015 he repaired my right shoulder rotator and bicep, my therapist can't believe how far along I am at 4 weeks. I have found his beside manner to be fine he has always taken the time to listen and answer ALL my questions. GOD has blessed me by providing such a great surgeon. Thank you.

He has ZEro bed side manner and is very arrogant. He does not inform you of anything nr does he act kindly to you asking any questions. GOd help you if you get him to actually make eye contact. He is so cold and "DEtached". 45 years old and thinks he's a GOd. Thumbd down for this character.
