I gave two stars for the fact that they were able to get me in relatively quick with my issue but I would give no stars for her personality or her care. With being a part of the Southwest group you’re able to look into a computer and see a persons file and the doctors that they have seen in that group but she didn’t do that nor did she have a file with her. She definitely just didn’t seem like she cared at all. I’ve been looking for a good family physician for quite a while now and it just seems like no one cares. Just get your 15 minutes in and done. Just didn’t work for me.

I found Dr Obrien to be very carrying very patient she treats you as your the only one there i did not feel like i was just a numher. She has awesome bed dide manners. .She takes her time lets you speak your concerns and really listens to you she gives good eye contact she is soft spoken but definitely i could hear her and makes you feel so calm. Dr Obrien is very knowledgeable as a physician speaks in terms you can understands and shows you she knows what shes talking about. I was very pleased with my visit.
