I was with Dr. Troy for a couple of years and had many great experiences until recently. It’s very hard to schedule appointments and you feel rushed when you do have an appointment. I was told by a nurse in the office that this is “the new normal “. That’s when I decided to switch doctors.

Dr. Troy is the best! Been with her almost 20 yrs. She actually saved my life by identifying & getting me to the proper surgeons for an immediate surgery!

Dr. Troy is the best primary doctor there is. I’ve been going to her for years and will continue. Dr. Troy is very knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly along with everyone else in the office. I highly recommend.

Dr. Troy is a very knowledgeable and kind hearted doctor. She is quick to respond to lab results and messages. Her nurse Jessica is such a sweet heart! I would highly recommend Dr. Troy if you are looking for a new PCP.

I was really disappointed by this doctor. The reviews for her were great, but all my visits with her were incredibly rushed. She would come in, talk for a few minutes, and run out the door. She did not take the time to explain things such as why certain medications were being prescribed or what was included in certain tests that were being run. She seemed more interested in getting money from me and my insurance company than building patient relationships.

Would give zero if possible. Always feel rushed, as if she's trying to get you out the door as quickly as possible. And good luck with the billing. You will get nickle and dimed on EVERYTHING. Basic blood or urine tests and things you think you be covered as preventative means you pay. Plus she doesn't explain anything, especially if it comes to billing. All other doctor's I have had have made me feel comfortable and took the time to walk me through everything from explaining a medical conditioning to "this treatment may not be covered, so think about it". She does not do either. I only needed a new doctor because my old one retired. This was a terrible choice. Ignore the reviews and look elsewhere!

Dr. Troy has been the best doctor I have seen in over 30yrs. Always listens, offers advise when I need it and fits me in when I need to see her immediately because of sickness. She's straight forward but has heart. I wouldn't trade her. Could get some of my medications from another doctor I see but because I'm not always sure of the other ones, I wanna keep her as my prescriber because I know I'm going to keep her. Went through alot of problems and she listened and I didn't feel judged one bit. The staff are great too. Polite and accommodating.

Dr Troy used to be a good doctor but over the last 5 years she is rushed, doesn’t listen and is dismissive. Long wait and front desk can be rude.

I saw her NP today as she was out. I was tld Im sorry we are out of time when I asked her to please look at a lump in my breast- I literally said you want me to come back - Im right here now- she said yes you didnt come in for that so I cannot look at it I will be leaving the practice immediately
