I always have such a kind, compassionate provider and staff that take my concerns seriously! I never have a long wait time here and I always get the care I need. I have a friend that doesn’t even live in the area anymore but drives across town to come to this urgent care because it’s so good!

Made an appointment for 10:15 A.M. received my text at 9:55 to arrive by 10:05 went inside at 10:04 and was told that they had canceled appointments for the day! Very unprofessional and inconvenient experience especially when I am in very much pain with sciatica!! Will never go to or recommend this place!!!!!

I went in with a lot of pain my wait was not long at all the receptions was very nice very helpful. I've seen the doctor she knew what I was going through she was very understanding and patient with me.

Went in for pain due to a fall. The check in process was done on my phone which was great and not a long process. An X-ray tech took me to exam room, took reason for visit and vitals, he was very professional, kind and quick. Took me in for X-ray in no time at all. Practitioner/Doctor came in within minutes and gave me results and at home instructions. She was kind, caring, great at listening to my story of how I was injured and just all around wonderful.i was out of there within an hour, just the way I like it! Thank you! I definitely would recommend Bexley Urgent Care.......

Kaila and the PA, Whitney, were very friendly and welcoming. The X-ray tech was also informative. The visit was quick, not a lot of waiting and I was in and out in an appropriate amount of time

Staff was really nice and was able to be in and out within an hour!! Didn’t feel rushed, considering I had trouble speaking with a sore throat, and I enjoyed my appointment. Did have to wait even with an appointment but I highly recommend scheduling one. Due to the business being so busy this morning, they were accepting NO walk-ins for an hour. So thank god I did! Will be back :)

Second visit here at the urgent care. There was a wait despite having scheduled an appointment. However all staff was friendly competent & I was able to be in and out within an hour and a half, which is great for busy season. The facilities are clean as well. Highly recommend this urgent care
