First, as soon as I walked in to the office I was greeted by a young lady with a smile and a good morning. Very important! Dr. Caine & Jaime explained in detail what my issues were. I felt very comfortable around everyone there. I will be a client of theirs for some time!

The receptionist called to confirm my daughter's appointment but then hung up the phone abruptly. I called back and was transferred to her, explaining that I needed to cancel the appointment because my daughter did not make it. However, she hung up the phone again. As a customer, I do not feel valued when such unprofessional behavior occurs. I believe her name is Kiara, and her actions reflected poorly on her professionalism. I understand that she might have been having a difficult day, but such attitudes should not be directed toward customers.

All the staff at this office were exceptional; Jamie was extremely thorough when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Caine answered all my questions and Lindy and Lisa greeted me with a smile! Definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.
