Dr. Foster is an excellent Retina specialist. He provides in-depth explanation of the issues, recommends best options for treatment. He is patient and listens to your concerns. I have been a patient for a few years and am absolutely happy with his treatment regimen. I would highly recommend him for any retinopathy issues.

I'm very happy with the care I've received at CEI. They are thorough in their investigating the problems in your eyes. From beginning your visit with a vision exam, then pictures of the interior of your eyes, to personal care from the doctor, my appointments have always gone well. Dr. Foster's manner is calming, especially to someone getting shots in the eyes. And, his shots don't hurt. He's very good at it.

He is very good about explaining what is wrong with your eyes, what your options are for correcting the problem. My husband is his patient and he takes the time to answer any questions that we may have. He has done an excellent job with keeping my husbands eyes healthy with laser surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Foster since 2011. I have diabetic retinopathy and he has helped me with my condition including injections. I am pleased to say that with his guidance and good care, the times between injections have been farther apart. He is very personable and knowledgeable and I have complete trust in him, his care and his advice.
