I went to see Dr. Foster for the first time a few days ago. From the receptionist who checked me in, the others who did the testing to get me ready to see Dr. Foster,and Dr. Foster and to the one who checked me out...each one were very professional, kind, helpful. Dr Foster was friendly and explained all I needed to know thoroughly and came up with a care plan. I am grateful to have Dr. Foster on my health team.

Dr.Foster did such a great job with my Retina repairs. I had several tears and the Laser surgery went well and they have healed rather well with no new tears. I’m thrilled to say the least. Thank you Dr. Foster and CEI, you all are the best.Sincerely Paula Reynolds

Dr. Foster did a detailed review of the retinal imaging data and followed up by looking at the eye. He found a slight hazing in the membrane behind the lens. The injection went well.

Dr Foster has taken care of my 91 year old mother for several years now. She seems him every 6 weeks and he consistently provides excellent care including kindness and patience with her.
