Came here about 5 years ago after findlay womens care dismissed me from their practice for missing 2 appointments while pregnant . Luckily, bluffton let me come in during the middle of my pregnancy and I've been here since! Everyone in the office is always kind and very helpful. I have never once had a problem. Very much recommended.

Went for UTI symptoms for them to tell me I only had a yeast infection. Finally told me I had a UTI a month later when I called twice that my symptoms were worsening. Billing is ridiculously confusing even after I requested itemized bills. Months after I thought I paid everything, I’m still getting bills with different account numbers not describing what I’m being charged for. On my second visit I was voicing a concern to them about a common but painful problem women experience only for them to basically ignore it. All of the staff were super nice, non-judgmental, and friendly, but I won’t be coming back unfortunately.

unorganized it feels. staff just seems clueless on whats going on half the time. Dr. Shutz (not sure about spelling) is very kind and honestly the only one of them who has a empathetic tone.

Absolutely no patient care or general respect for their patients. The providers treat patients with respect but absolutely no one else in the clinic does. I went here out of desperation since my OB was out of town for Christmas and will never be back.

My first time going to a different OB since I moved an it's been not a very good experience. Staff is friendly but I wasnt happy with how my ultrasound went at all. I know every place is different I'm hoping next visit is better.

I have been a patient of Dr Schutz for 13 years and there’s no one else like him. A great doctor and human being!

This would be a five-star review today if the office hadn't made me an appointment a month or so back and then when I arrived today told me that I'm not on their schedule for the day. And the lady who I spoke with at the counter kept saying she was sorry in a very non-apologetic tone. Granted I understand this may not have been her fault at all... But still... Less than happy with my experience here since Dr. Fenzl has been gone. I love Dr. Schultz but I can't afford this happening again.
