Had a family member staying for a couple days. The evening staff was amazing ,polite, caring and attentive. You'd think that they were taking care of their own family member.

I have to come to the facility on a regular basis for bloodwork/labs. Everyone on staff is fantastic to work with! They always take care of me in a speedy and efficient manner!

Nice hospital (Building) very poorly organized came in front Door to go to radiology had to walk half the hospital to find a person finally found a janitor he led me down to ER was belittled because I was not informed about needing contrast taking up to radiology sitting empty room with no one around waiting room that is occasionally radiology supervisor comes back and treats me like I’m three Needed to have contrast prior to my scan was never notified when I got to appointment was treated like I was in the wrong for not knowing something I should have been told or gotten a call about So after 2 hours of waiting being treated like I’m 3 I was informed they need to start an iv with a large enough needle to use Iv contrast so more waiting cause why would t they inform me of this so they could have started an hr ago looking for a vein or getting an run up here to access my medical port

Can’t get an actual answer about anything. Phone numbers don’t work, or go to BVH. Staff was not very helpful in getting information.

Worst Hospital ive ever been to i do not recomend... dirty, unprofessional staff, and POOR management. i wouldnt take my dog here... please for your own saftey go elsewhwere!
