Antoine El Hayek's Online Review Report Card

I had scheduled an appointment with Dr EL-Hayek when I came for the appointments nurse practitioner / physician assistant. Switch and bait shop staff is not helpful , nice , or truthful in scheduling practices.

I have been a patient of Dr. El-Hayek for 20+ years. He has always been kind, caring and professional.

I have been a patient of Advanced Women’s Care since I was 18. Dr El-Hayek is the most caring, understanding, thorough ONGYN practicing in Ohio! I moved over an hour away and still retained him as my doctor due to his attention to detail and ability to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. He takes his time when caring for his patients. I am on my second pregnancy and know that anything I need all I have to do is call the office and I am well taken care of. His impact on the Boardman, Canfield, Youngstown area is felt throughout. I have referred people from where I live now to him and even they travel to see him. If you are looking for an amazing doctor look no further!!!

I use to love this office. Doctor has lost his drive to be a doctor. don’t care to address your concerns at all. Front office staff is HORRIBLE, rude, and inconsiderate. Chrissy/ Office Manager is terrible. I tried to be understanding being that I am currently an office manager but she just all around have a bad attitude. I can see why front office staff act the way they do. they drug tested me without my consent. tried to tell me it was required from ACOG, which it’s not. it’s RECOMMENDED from ACOG to do a questionnaire screening & drug testing WITH PATIENT CONSENT. office know they are wrong so instead of addressing my issue of not consenting to a drug test, they dropped me as a patient. would NEVER recommend anyone here.

They just change times of appointments without calling or sending a email very unprofessional and inconsiderate

this doctors office is disgusting and the nurses are rude. the doctor gets angry and talks over you when he’s wrong. they don’t call you to reschedule or anything and when you do get in touch with them you have to wait another week just to get checked. the rooms are tiny and out of date. none of the bottles in any of the rooms are even closed and the sinks are rusted out. they are very unprofessional in this office! Needs Shut Down!

Dr. El-Hayek has been my OB/GYN for 23 years. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. The office offers mammograms on site, which is very convenient. I highly recommend Dr. El-Hayek!

honestly, i've been going here for 5+ years and i'm just at my limit. i have really bad PMDD and when i complain about side effects of the birth control i got told that i was just going to have to deal with it like all women do. i'm tired of women health not being taken seriously. we shouldn't have to suffer just because we are women. i have tried at least 15 different birth control pills, and an IUD, and i still suffer emotionally. there has to be something out there for me. i just don't think this staff can be bothered enough to really help me find it. i'm not going to rate lower than 2 stars though because i mean i guess my bare minimum was met if that means anything.

I had three pregnancies with Dr El Hayek. I would recommend him to anyone. My first pregnancy was high risk, and he took care of me the entire 9 months Today my miracle is 10 years old.

honestly there's nothing good to say about this place. the receptionists are dense and useless. they refuse to be even slightly inconvenienced to help or hear you out. the nurse practitioner gets frustrated because i have awful PMS and am constantly having to change my birth control and am met with an "ugh" or a sigh of frustration whenever i have a concern. they're very unprofessional and have made me feel embarrassed and hopeless. this place should be closed for the better of women's health. would rate 0 stars
