Brock Generalovich's Online Review Report Card

My entire experience with Dr. Generalovich and his team was beyond expectations. I consulted with him to replace breast implants that were done very poorly years ago by a different doctor. He took time to explain my options and outcomes as well as answer any questions I had. The breast augmentation came out perfect....better than I had anticipated. Perfect size, shape, and placement. I see comments on here about the wait time in the office. I didn't experience that but even if I had it would have been worth it for the service and skill provided.

I had surgery September 28, 2022, a Brest reduction and a trunk reconstruction and I am beyond thrilled with the results! Dr Generalovich is amazing from my first appointment until now he has been there 100%. I know sometimes the wait in the office is a little long but I use that as me time to read and just relax. When you see the Doc he is totally yours he never hurries he gives you his total attention and remembers little things about your case. I would totally recommend him to anyone for any surgery. He is professional and kind his bedside manner is second to none.

Dr. Generalovich is one of the best! My first surgery with him, he brought me a teddy bear to calm my nerves. He has amazing bed side manners and he truly takes his time with the patient - thus the wait times. He throughly makes sure you’re comfortable with anything the office suggests. As for his PA/NP, Jess, she’s amazing too! They both take their time, and you can clearly tell that they love what they do. I recommend him to anyone and I tell them if they can’t get in with Dr., to see Jess! LOVE them!

I absolutely love love love love Dr Generalovich. I have nothing bad to say about him, he listens to your concerns and what you want. Very informative! He doesn’t rush you. He removed a keloid off my incision and corrected my stomach as well. I am healing great & have recommended him to everyone, so he will have patients coming very soon! I feel great about my body & so thankful for him!

Scheduled this appointment on October 18, 2022 for December 6 at 2:30 PM. ( the soonest available ) I arrived at 2:15 PM. After waiting for two hours I checked to see where I was in line or if they had forgotten me. I was told I was next and 25 minutes later another patient went in and again I was told I was next so after waiting for two hours and 20 minutes (4:35) I left. This seems to be a common practice with him. If Dr. Generalovich really cared about his patients and feels the need to spend an hour or two with each and everyone of them he needs to schedule accordingly. Extremely discourteous of him.

Scheduled this appointment on October 18, 2022 and was given the first available on December 6, 2022 for 2:30 PM. I arrived at 2:15 to fill out papers. After waiting for two hours I inquired as to my position in line and was told I was next. 20 minutes later another person was taken ahead of me and again I was told that I was next in line. Therefore after waiting two hours and 25 minutes I left. If doctor feels the need to spend an hour or more with each patient then he NEEDS to schedule accordingly. Really discourteous of Dr. Generalovich. Evidently this is an ongoing problem with no regard whatsoever to the waiting patients. There are other highly recommended physicians in the area that value their patient,s time.

He is an excellent doctor and really cares about his patients. My results were fantastic.

Sitting in the waiting room now..it's 12:54..my appointment was 11:30, however they were asking patients to come early, so I came in at 10:30.. We're now pushing THREE hour wait time before even being called back..My time is important too..I can't leave feedback for the physician as I have yet to meet him. 2 patients have left and the rest are angry... - NOT impressed so far *** Follow up to previous comment- although the wait was very long for the consult, surgery went very well ( a month later). Procedure progressed on time with no complications . Good surgeon/good surgical experience

Dr. G is wonderful has a great bedside manner and really cares about you! Makes you feel like you are part of his family

I drove an hour and a half to get to his office planning on my 130 appointment. It is 3 o’clock. There have to be other plastic surgeons in this world. I will find another
