Dasco-Boardman Home Medical Equipment's Online Review Report Card

I have a friend that has Been having alot of trouble with dasco about her portable o2 and her cpap not working g half the time. She calls them and always gets a answering machine and sometimes they don't bother to call her back. When she wears her portable o2 machine her o2 drops way down in the 70's and can't can't to Dr's a appointments or to get her licenses. So what can she do about them. I think that is poor business.

I'm very upset at their customer service. I got a CPAP machine from them 4 months ago. They didn't start taking money out of my account until last month and they took out a large amount. I called them up to get the money back and get on a payment plan. Then a week goes by and they take it all out again. So I called them up again and they basically said sorry and said they would refund it back and get me on the payment plan again. I waited 3 days and never got it refunded. So I called them again. And they said sorry again and the woman said she would get it done right away. Now 3 more days have passed and I still haven't got the money refunded back yet. Then they tried to take more money from my account for the payment plan and it's not even due for another 2 weeks. Very upset! I needed that money for Xmas for the family now idk what to do.Update: I got a call from Customer Service and all is well. She was extremely helpful! Very nice and understanding!

My friend Doreen had a hospital bed delivered to her home. Michael from DASCO was so helpful and professional! He set everything up and explained how things worked and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly! We would definitely recommend DASCO(and Michael!)to anyone in need of home medical equipment!

I have used the Alliance office of DASCO since 2018 for all my CPAP training and supplies and their expertise in this area is second to none! Gillian and her team (Especially her and Chris) are genuinely concerned for their clients and are very patient with someone trying to get used to a machine and to determine the right mask. Gillian even replaced the modem on my machine when it malfunctioned! I would highly recommend them for all of your CPAP training and supplies!
