The most unprofessional place I've ever been to. Never cancelled an appointment since I've been going there. Had to go to the er and get a breathing treatment done. And was told to follow up with Bigdeli. I call to schedule an appointment and they told me they would have to see if they could see me because I canceled so much lol.

First of all, I have zero complaints about the Doctors at this facility. They've been absolutely wonderful. The reason for 3 stars is this: I was told to call and ask about sample inhalers when I ran out. Keep in mind, I've paid all my bills in full with this place and currently have no insurance. That means inhalers cost a ton of money for me, which I can't buy because I'm absolutely buried in medical debt. So, I call and ask if they have any samples, and the receptionist I talked to was a snobby ignorant person. I did what the doctor told me to do and was met with a woman who treated me like I was beneath her and a scumbag for asking for sample inhalers. The woman told me she would get back to me, after making a sighing noise and said, "well don't you have insurance?" She was extremely rude and made me feel like I was wrong for calling and asking. She never called me back and I suspect she won't. Won't be returning to this place.

I love this woman to pieces, she has went a mile and more in anyway she could to help us get through, she took time to have our electric turned back on more than once , john is terminal and limited income.. not to mention how awesome ,knowledgeable, patient and kind she really is.. she truly takes the lives of her people serious its like you are her only patient. her whole concentration is on you, not the clock , not this , not that, seriously.. you will be completely informed , heard and treated so good by her.. she is amazing

I accompany my mother to her appointments with this doctor. I love that Dr. Bigdeli explains everything and is patient as well as though with her answers. The office staff is very friendly as well as professional. The appointments normally run on time and that is a huge plus. Highly recommend

Dr. Bigdeli cared for a family member in the ICU. She was attentive, kind, professional and above all and excellent clinician. The care we received in the hospital was exemplary ad we will always be grateful that she was there to handle a potentially devastating situation. God bless her!
