Dr. Pulido has excellent bed side manors. Polite, compassionate and considerate. Very knowledgeable. Takes the time to sit and explain everything with you. 100% recommend him.

Best doctor ever he was so nice and calm.

Dr. Pulido is a very kind and polite professional, with a gentle touch. He was very transparent and excelled in explaining the circumstances of my visit. His staff were friendly and precise, the office space was very clean and welcoming as well. 🙂

The Receptionist made me feel uncomfortable she wasn’t very friendly or welcoming which made me feel like I didn’t belong there. She was more worried about my shirt then to make small talk or have a conversation with me she also asked me to cover up my shirt which I did not see a sign or was told there was a dress code on what not to wear to enter a doctors office I’m here about my health not what I’m wearing so that alone made me feel even more uncomfortable on top of her not making small talk or being friendly. Will I come back with this being my first time and first impressions are important especially when that office has basically there life in your hands, I will see how the doctors Mannerism is before I make my decision I mean just cause the receptionist attitude wasn’t welcoming doesn’t mean the doctors won’t be so. I absolutely LOVE THE DOCTOR HE WAS NICE UNDERSTANDING HE LISTENED VERY NICE !!!

Don’t go!! 1st surgery was great. 2nd was horrible. He never came to talk to the family I ended up with an infection and a wound and he wouldn’t see me immediately, as Poss is pouring out he says it’s not infected and I don’t need wound care but the inch and a half hole in my butt says differently. He had to dig the stitches out and told me he had nothing to numb it with in his office. ( which is bs) had to find a wound care clinic all on my own. And they were appalled. Do yourself a favor and stay away from him

We were admitted for an issue and Dr. Pulido did both an endoscope and colonoscopy on my spouse. He was friendly, thorough, and took time to review films and and answer questions. Excellent surgeon. Moved to Mercy Health Boardman and Youngstown.

He is an excellent surgeon and was very involved with my recovery. I can only say that if I need surgery again I would not hesitate to call upon him. I was impressed especially with his bed side manner and his interaction with me explaining and answering all my concerns. Salem is blessed that he is practicing here.

Very trustworthy and caring, explanined things extremely well. I knew I was in good hands for my biopsy. No long waits at his office, you are in and out. Great bedside manner as well. Would highly reccommend!

From office to operating room I don't think I could have had a surgeon that was more caring, that explained the process and answered my question fully, and had such a great attitude. He is not only skilled, but a joy to have. Thank? you, and your staff.

Dr. Pulido and his staff were courteous and thorough. Complete explanation at visits and post surgery. Dr. Pulido was friendly and professional and would recommend him to anyone. He answered all questions and addressed concerns regarding my teenage son. He made sure a second opinion with the lab results were performed. And supplied a copy of those results for us to view. My son felt very comfortable and assured with Dr. Pulido and would definitely return in the future if needed.
