My experience with Dr. Bird was absolutely horrible. She misdiagnosed my skin condition and ordered the wrong treatment. I had an adverse reaction to the cream she prescribed which set back my recovery by 2 months. I would NEVER refer someone to her.

I just tried to make a follow up appointment with Dr. Bird only to find out she is no longer with the medical group where I have seen her . She didn’t bother to contact me that she was leaving. Obviously, she does not care about her patients. I was not terribly fond of her as she was too plastic, but I was referred to her by my own physician. UGH!

Staff was friendly but scattered. The dr was cold and aloof, and made me feel like I was a bother. When I developed an infection days after my visit, I was told to see someone else, dr was too busy! I did, and the new dr. found a skin cancer. I wouldnt recommended this dr, but survey made me pick a star

Dr Bird took the time to educate me on my skin and what to look for when it comes to abnormalities. She was friendly and calm. I didn't feel rushed and she took her time to listen and make me feel comfortable. She also wasn't quick to remove unnecessary moles.

Dr Bird is the best dermatogist I've ever been to! I had been misdiagnosed somewhere else and wasn't getting the results I wanted. She took one look at my issue and knew right away what it was and how to fix it. My skin has never looked better! Thank you Dr Bird!

I had a new patient visit with her today to evaluate a discolored patch of skin and wanted her to look at a bump on my leg. She glanced at the bump and said, "well it's not cancer" and didn't discuss it any further. She talked down to me the entire 5 minutes she spent in the room with me, only using medical jargon that I couldn't understand. I asked her to explain things in a way a non-medical person could understand and she seemed to snap at me, repeating the medical words that I couldn't understand. She is rude with a very poor bedside manner and did not listen to anything I said. Didn't address any of my concerns that I came in to have evaluated.
