Dr. Mark Billy
Dr. Billy is great. Fun personality and very knowledgeable when it comes his profession. Would recommend him to anyone. Great experience. Good with children also.
I couldn't even make it past check in. I never leave bad google reviews. I couldn't NOT write this one. The front desk girl was so rude! Was snotty with me 5 times before I walked out. This is the power of CHOICE. I could NOT pay someone to treat me like that. Dr. Billy could be the best person on the planet-I couldn't make it that far. Customer service is important.
did a great job with wisdom teeth! seems very confident and knowledgeable. nursing staff was great as well.
Went in for a fractured root removal. Was there 15 minutes. In and out. Following instructions given to me. Didn't even need pain medication except ibuprofen and ice. Totally happy with outcome. Thank you Dr. Billy and Emily for taking such good care of me. Valerie
Does not follow the oath! By doing nothing is in fact harming the patient and their families! When they are already a patient!
Top notch speedy quality care with a kind staff. Dr. Billy took me in last minute when all other oral surgeons were away for holidays. He cured my dry socket after wisdom tooth extraction just in time to have a painless holiday vacation in Mexico. Office was clean, good ambiance, and great location next to Southwoods!
Dr. Mark Billy was excellent himself, along with the other nurses; however, the receptionists were rude and obnoxious. They need a few classes in communications with patients. They had no idea how to look up addresses for insurances (just go on google!) and they made me fill out my own authorizations basically—again, not my job because it should have been handled prior to me coming in. After an argument with the receptionist, she made it seem like it was my fault I couldn’t find the address to an insurance. She also made me “speed up” the process with filling out paper work, despite ME paying HER for the service. Too much bubblegum in the office!
After hour receptionist was very unpleasant. I had questions that she couldn't answer.wouldn't answer.
If you want to be treated like a dog, then go here. I almost died leaving their office. They are the most rude, crude, disrespectful, uncivil and unmannerly bunch of people I have ever dealt with at a Surgeons office. They made me leave so quick that I was shaking and nervous, I had no one with me, I have a bad heart and the gauze they shoved in my mouth was so full of blood that I looked like I was in a car accident. The gauze was hanging from the inside of my mouth because that's they way they shoved it in because my mouth was numb from the nova cane so I couldn't really feel it & didn't have a mirror to see where it was because I would have fixed it so it looked much better than what they did. They gave me prescriptions when I left and I belong to a mail order. When I sent the prescriptions in to get filled, the one CRUDE girl in the office cancelled my pain pill prescription because they didn't tell me that it was for local pharmacy only. Well that was never told to me so how would I have known that. And then, when my prescription was going to get filled, the office wouldn't let the pain pill get mailed to me, but they never called me to tell me that. I waited 3 weeks and still to this day have no pain pill in my hand. I had so much pain in my jaw it was unbearable. I have been quarantined & I have a bad heart, so therefore I have all my prescriptions mailed to me. They should have told me about being by pharmacy only. By the time they pushed me out of that office with blood all in and around my mouth, I would have hemorrhaged to death trying to drive to any local pharmacy. They have NO BEDSIDE MANNER, the Doctor treats you like your just a number not a patient. They wanted me to sign papers right after the extraction when your dizzy, lightheaded, nervous, shaking and bleeding and I told that woman in blue scrubs, "oh no, I'm not signing that right now under this nova cane and I don't know what that even says I don't have my glasses on to read that." So I waited until I could put my glasses on then I asked her what that paper was for before I sign anything. Everything in that office is rush, rush, rush, and I almost wound up in the Hospital because of them treating me the way they did. I would never in MY LIFE RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO TO THIS ORAL PLACE, THESE PEOPLE ARE RUTHLESS, AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU. It felt like I was in a SLAUGHTER HOUSE.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
